Let's celebrate World Animal Day!!

 

October 4th is a day of celebration for wild inhabitants of Attica Zoological Park. It is simultaneously a day of awareness, bringing forth the dangers the animal kingdom still faces throughout the world.

 

As every year, this year Attica Zoological Park celebrates World Animal Day into a day full of educational activities and offers!

 

We celebrate World Animal Day by offering Free Entrance to all children aged 3-12. * !!

 

 

Find out what this special day has to offer and schedule your visit:

 

-Free guided tours starting at the Entrance at 14.30, 15.30 and 16.30.

-Birds of Prey presentation at 14.00.

-Face painting station next to the Education Center from 13.30 till 16.30.

-Arts and Crafts station on the grass with Eleni Papadaki from 14.30 till 18.00.

 

At Attica Zoological Park, 2000 animals from 300 species are housed in an area of ​​200 acres. The purpose of Attica Zoological Park as a member of EAZA (European Association of Zoos and Aquaria) and of EAMM (European Association of Marine Mammals) is to protect, conserve and reproduce endangered animals and to clearly inform, educate and raise public awareness of the animal kingdom. Since the establishment of Attica Zoological Park, we are devoted to the realization of these goals, always having by our side all the Attica Zoological Park's supporters and friends.

* The offer is valid with the purchase of at least 1 adult ticket and is subject to 2 free children's tickets for each adult.

** The offer applies only to children aged 3-12.

***Multi-child families are entitled to free entry for their children (3-12 years old) upon demonstration of the relevant certificate.
